Passionate About Kids
Head Of School
Millicent Adae – Mensah is the Head of Program at Care R Us International School. Millicent prior to setting up Care R Us International School taught English at the Odorkor 1 & 2 JSS and was the First PTA chairperson at the Adjiriganor branch of Learning Skills International School. Millicent read Arts in Mawuli School with elective Maths option due to her strong mathematical skills and was the only girl among over 40 boys. She comes to Care R Us with a wealth of experience in working with and handling children from which she has successfully placed one such child from Mary Mother of Good Counsel School, Accra in High School in America – Saint Timothy Girls School in Stevenson, Maryland. Millicent holds a certificate in Montessori education and has participated in Global Super Teachers Conference 2021. She also worked in the media for over 18 years at various levels. Millicent holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Central University College. Millicent is married to Philip Adae-Mensah and a mum of +20 years to Kayla and Kenny.
